Terms and Conditions

Overview: Welcome to the Dancing Through Life Pilot Program (the "Program"). By participating in this program, dance studios ("Studios") and individual dancers ("Participants") agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Program Participation:

  • Studios participating in the pilot program offer the use of their facilities at no cost.

  • There is no cost associated with participation in the Program for both Studios and Participants.

2. Photo and Video Consent:

  • Studios and Participants (or their parents/guardians) grant consent to the Program organizers to capture and use photos and video footage during the program.

  • The captured content may be used in social media posts, on the Emotional Keys website, in workshops, and in advertising materials and/or platforms promoting the Program.

3. 1:1 Sessions:

  • Individual 1:1 sessions with dancers are available as part of the Program for an additional fee.

  • The fee structure for 1:1 sessions will be communicated separately, and participation is optional.

4. Confidentiality:

  • The organizers of the Program will respect the confidentiality of any personal information shared during the program.

5. Rights and Permissions:

  • Studios and Participants grant the organizers the right to use, reproduce, and distribute any content created during the Program for promotional and educational purposes.

6. Program Changes:

  • The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the Program schedule, content, or structure as needed.

7. Liability Waiver:

  • Participants (or their parents/guardians) understand that participation in physical activities involves inherent risks. By participating in the Program, they acknowledge and assume these risks.

8. Cancellation Policy:

  • Studios and Participants agree to provide reasonable notice in the event of cancellation or withdrawal from the Program.

9. Governing Law:

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland.
